1. General Provisions:


1.1. These Rules determine the activities of users who provide voluntary assistance as part of the work of the Aidyx service.

1.2. The following terms and definitions are used in these rules:

1.2.1. Volunteer - an adult citizen of the Russian Federation or a foreign country, who voluntarily and free of charge provides moral, physical, or other non-material assistance to users of the Aidyx system on their own behalf.

1.2.5. Those who needs of assistance are users of the Aidyx system who have requested assistance through the "I need help" button.

2. The procedure for admission to volunteers:

2.1. A public offer, located here, is placed with a person who has expressed a desire to become a volunteer

2.2. Aidyx employees perform initial user identity verification

2.3. Based on the results, a decision on acceptance / rejection is made.

3. The procedure for the volunteer to access activities:

3.1. A volunteer has the right to start / end his activities at any time.

3.2. In the event of substantial claims to the volunteer's activities, his access to the application may be limited/rejected.

4. A volunteer has the right to:


4.1. Get all the official information he needs about the Aidyx project.

4.2. Provide any legal assistance to Aidyx users for free.

4.3. At any time, suspend or terminate your activities as a volunteer.

5. A volunteer must:

5.1. Comply with the current laws of the Russian Federation, the rules for the activities of Aidyx volunteers, as well as the rules for visiting those Institutions where the volunteer operates.

5.2. Try not to enter into disputes and conflict situations.

5.3. Take all measures to eliminate the occurrence of negative consequences for those in need of assistance.

5.4. Make efforts for the good faith implementation of voluntary commitments to those in need of assistance.

5.5. Observe the principles of ethics and correctness in communication; be tolerant of the beliefs and religious views of others. Do not impose your help.

5.6. Avoid material promises. It is not recommended to provide wards with personal data (address, keys, passwords, etc.).

6. It is strictly forbidden:

6.1. Meet with users of the system, being sick with any infectious or other disease that can cause the disease of others.

6.2. Negotiate with anyone on behalf of Aidyx.

6.3. Contact with Aidyx users under the influence of psychoactive substances (for example, in a state of alcoholic intoxication).

6.4. Post and disclose personal and confidential information about Aidyx users (name, address, telephone number, e-mail, diagnosis, etc.) in the media and on the Internet.

6.5. Take pictures of Aidyx users.

6.6. Publish photos of users on the Internet and the media.
