We launched not long ago and have already seen how many truly kind people there are in the world! We’ve collected amazing stories of people helping each other just because they can.

But now, a critical moment has come when it’s important to act quickly and with an open heart. We have our first very serious case where your help is really needed!
Urgent Help Needed!
The person in need is named Alexey.

He has a family—two children and a wife. They are ordinary, kind, positive, and caring people like many of us. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, they lost their income.
Alex with his son
Recently, they faced a new and severe challenge.

Alexey was in an accident. His right side was severely injured. His right arm suffered multiple open fractures, and his right foot was torn off and crushed. Doctors initially recommended amputation to save his life, but Lyosha persuaded them to try to save his leg. The operation lasted seven hours, and while they did their best, the prognosis for the leg’s function is poor.
This all happened abroad, where they are almost penniless due to COVID-19. Returning home isn’t an option because of his condition and the ongoing pandemic. Some might think, “It’s his own fault, he was probably drunk, where’s the insurance?” But the truth is, Alexey was stationary when a reckless driver crashed into him. Insurance that covers such incidents is prohibitively expensive, and nearly all of our people can’t afford it. The bills are astronomical, and Alexey’s wife is overwhelmed with stress, often in tears. Their children are practically without their parents as all the time is dedicated to Alexey’s care.

The bills are overwhelming, and doctors refuse to provide further help because previous bills haven’t been fully paid.

Friends have managed to raise a significant sum (around 400,000 rubles), but it’s only about a quarter of what’s needed at best.

Alexey is fighting for his leg and his life. He is the sole breadwinner for his family, and saving him and his leg means saving his family.

Update: Thanks to your help, the clinic debts have been paid off! Unfortunately, Alex lost his leg. The remaining funds will go toward medication and hopefully cover part of the cost for a prosthetic leg. A huge thank you to everyone who helped and continues to help!
Note: We generally don’t allow money requests on our platform, as it’s an easy target for scammers.

However, sometimes only financial support can help, which is why we created this special section for cases we have personally verified.

All collected money will be transferred directly by us to doctors, children, builders, etc.—those providing services to those in need.
All your contributions, excluding taxes, will go directly to the recipient. Our team will not take a penny.
100% Reliable:
The fundraising is complete, and Alex is saved!
The funds raised helped pay off the clinic debts and save the boy. Although we only raised half of what was needed, it miraculously turned out to be enough! All the funds went towards helping Alexey. Thank you all!

We will also share photos and updates. If we collect more than needed, the excess funds will help others in need.

As this is our first such initiative, we’re offering the following: those who help financially will receive lifetime priority for assistance in our app. This means that if you ever need help, you will be among the first to receive it. We’re offering this only once due to the urgent nature of Lyosha’s situation and our project’s early stage of development.

Of course, you’ll also receive heartfelt gratitude from Alex family and friends. We’ll mark your phone number in our database as a Good Heart, which will be remembered by those rooting for Lyosha and his family for a long time.

This won’t happen again, but the fundraising section will likely continue for similar cases.

Latest Updates:

December 27: Alex has been saved! He underwent successful surgery, his leg was removed, and he regained his spirits enough to return to Russia. A big thank you to everyone who helped! You are amazing!

November 22: Unfortunately, after a long struggle, it was decided to amputate part of Alex leg below the knee. The good news is the local clinic promised to do it for free. Alex continues to fight for his life. Some funds remain after paying off the clinic’s debts, which will go towards ongoing treatment and prosthetic costs.

November 17: We found a doctor who agreed to examine Alex leg. There’s a small hope of saving it. Thanks to your help, we’ve paid off the hospital debt, giving us hope and optimism. However, several more operations are needed, and Lyosha’s life remains in danger. He’s beginning to feel his leg, which is a good sign. Your participation is incredibly valuable!

Note: For those with sensitive psyches, the following text contains details about Lyosha’s injuries:

Alex leg has a chance of recovery. The infection has stopped, but the leg remains badly injured, with large areas of missing skin and exposed bone. The bones are disorganized and need expert care. The infection could return at any moment, requiring urgent attention from an orthopedic surgeon and plastic surgeon, as well as funds for additional surgery.

Update: We’ve found an orthopedist, and Alex is scheduled to be transported tomorrow.

November 15: Alex was discharged from the hospital with open wounds due to unpaid bills. Thankfully, at home, his family managed to defeat the infection in just a few days—a feat the Indonesian hospital couldn’t achieve in two weeks. There’s still a good chance to save Alex and his leg.

More Good News: Thanks to your contributions, we’ve raised enough to cover the hospital debt. Once the amount needed for surgery is secured, or if Alex's condition worsens, he will be allowed back for treatment.

Thank you to everyone participating and helping. Your help is making a real difference!
